Lane Terzieff is a humanitarian leader and nonprofit director committed to mobilizing ordinary believers to meet extraordinary needs on the frontlines of the world’s most tragic issues.

Over more than a decade of service across 30+ countries, Lane has worked among displaced families, wartorn communities, and exploited populations. His field experience includes refugee relief in Ukraine, Syria, Thailand, Myanmar, and Ethiopia; as well as direct action destabilizing human trafficking networks alongside the rescue of the vulnerable.

Lane’s background blends cross-cultural leadership, emergency response, organizational development, and field training—ranging from emergency medical to operational strategy, technological innovation, and readiness for high-risk environments. He has helped train and lead teams serving in conflict zones and criminal compounds with the North Star of James 1:27 “Pure Religion in the sight of God looks like caring for widows and orphans in their distress.

After a pastors call “Don’t pray for something you’re not willing to be the answer to.” Followed by an immediate response to the 2016 earthquake in Nepal, Lane committed to have a “Bias for Action” in showing up in the worst moments of our brothers and sisters around the world.

Today, Lane leads UNIT-E, an organization l founded to mobilize everyday people into skill-based service and front-line engagement—standing in the gaps alongside local partnerships with non profits, government leaders and law enforcement agencies.

Anchored in the conviction to “be doers of the word and not hearers only”, Lane continues his work with a heart for the oppressed, and a vision to see God’s people respond wherever darkness and need collide.
