Meet the people who lead the day-to-day ministry and operations of P-REX Coffee. Our Leadership Team works together to carry out our mission, build meaningful relationships with our partners, and steward the work God has entrusted to P-REX Coffee.
Don & Susan Thayer
Co-Founders & Co-Executive Directors
Don and Susan founded P-REX Coffee in loving memory of their son, Parker Rex (9.29.00–8.5.20). As U.S.-based missionaries, they are passionate about building relationships and partnerships that connect churches and individuals in the U.S. with Hill Tribe coffee farmers, families, children, and the ministry partners they love in Northern Thailand.
Before beginning their work with P-REX Coffee, Don served in pastoral ministry for 24 years. Don and Susan have been connected to Seed of Hope Project since its beginning in 2013 and are incredibly humbled to have answered God’s call to serve alongside Seed of Hope and through P-REX Coffee.
Don and Susan have three other adult children and love spending time with family and friends, serving together at churches and events, returning to Thailand every chance they get, and, of course, drinking really good Thai coffee.
Justin & Maddy Stanislowski
Directors of Ministry & Operations
God called Maddy and Justin to join the P-REX Coffee team in 2026, but their journey began long before that. Justin had the privilege of being best friends with Parker during their first year of college. Their friendship was dear, and the loss was great.
After visiting Thailand in 2025, both Justin and Maddy’s hearts were stirred for the people and ministry in Northern Thailand. They share a passion for ministry, global outreach, and making God’s name known to all those they walk beside.
In their free time, you can find Maddy and Justin trying new coffee shops, playing cribbage, or spending time with friends and family.
