Board of Directors

The P-REX Coffee Board of Directors is a group of people brought together by a shared love for Jesus and a heart for the familes in Northern Thailand. Each member brings their own experiences, gifts, and personal connection to the mission of P-REX Coffee.
Together, they prayerfully steward the organization, provide guidance and oversight, and help P-REX continue to grow and serve in the purpose God has called us to.

Amy Stanislowski

PRESIDENT

Amy was born and raised in Wisconsin, where she married Brad, her high school sweetheart. They have two adult children, Justin and Jordan. Amy works at Ashley Furniture and brings many years of leadership, technology, and Supply Chain experience.

She became involved with P-REX Coffee in 2025 after traveling to Thailand and being inspired by the work God is doing through coffee to impact families and communities in Northern Thailand.

In her free time, Amy loves spending time with her family and discovering new coffee shops—a fitting hobby since she and her family once owned a coffee shop of their own!

Kylee Hadley

TREASURER

Kylee brings experience in bookkeeping, financial management, business operations, and tax representation. As the owner of Shaylor Inc., she helps businesses and nonprofits strengthen their financial systems so leaders can focus on the people and purpose at the heart of their mission.

Kylee became involved with P-REX Coffee several years ago and supported its transition from a for-profit business to a nonprofit. Through that experience, she developed a deeper connection to P-REX and its mission and was honored to join the Board as Treasurer.

A Colorado native, Kylee values faith, family, hard work, and serving others. She enjoys staying active, traveling, spending time outdoors, and tackling just about any home or landscaping project she can get her hands on.

Megan Burr

SECRETARY

Megan was raised in Arizona, where she met her husband, Taylor. She worked as a Surgical Dental Assistant until becoming a stay-at-home-mom to their two boys in 2017.

Megan has always had a deep compassion for human rights, especially for children, and a desire for everyone to have the opportunity to live a healthy life. After years of praying about where God was leading her, God miraculously led Megan and Taylor to the founders of P-REX Coffee and Seed of Hope in Thailand. Shortly after, they traveled to Thailand with the P-REX team, where Megan fell in love with the children and the Thai culture.

In her free time, Megan volunteers with her oldest son at their local food bank, gardens in her backyard and enjoys hiking with her family as often as she can!

Taylor Burr

DIRECTOR

Taylor was raised in Gilbert, Arizona, where he still lives with his wife, Megan, and their two boys. He graduated from Biola University and works in his family's property preservation business, now serving as CEO and expanding it into construction across a multi-state operation with federal contracts.

In 2025, God led Taylor and Megan to P-REX Coffee, and shortly after they traveled to Thailand with the team, deepening Taylor's passion for trafficking prevention and marginalized hill-tribe families in Northern Thailand.

Outside of work, Taylor loves camping and hiking with his family, listening to heavy metal, playing guitar, and is passionate about all things coffee.

Brad Stanislowski

DIRECTOR

Brad is a Wisconsin native, where he lives with his wife, Amy. His journey in the coffee business began in 2016, when he opened and operated his own coffee and bike shop. Through a series of events that only God could have orchestrated, Brad connected with Don and Susan, founders of P-REX Coffee, and traveled to Thailand to see firsthand how God is using coffee to transform the lives of families in Northern Thailand.

In his free time, Brad enjoys hunting and has recently discovered a new passion for roasting coffee—bringing his coffee journey full circle.
