100% single origin, shade grown Arabica coffee sourced from the beautiful mountains of Doi Mon Lan in the Chiang Mai Province of Northern Thailand (elev. 3608-4921 above sea level).

The practice of selective harvesting ensures only the ripest coffee cherries are chosen, protecting the integrity of the flavor from farm to cup. We spend time in Thailand each year during coffee harvest working alongside our farmers.
